1. Our Commitment

Circuit is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child exploitation in every part of our operations and supply chain. As a global platform celebrating excellence in motorsport venues, we are dedicated to conducting our activities in a fair, ethical, and transparent manner.

2. Scope
This policy applies to:

• All Circuit operations, including our event planning and production

• Our suppliers, contractors, and business partners

• Staff, freelancers, and volunteers engaged in our programs and initiatives
   

3. Understanding Modern Slavery
Modern slavery encompasses:

• Human trafficking

• Forced or compulsory labor

• Debt bondage

• Slavery or servitude

• Exploitation of vulnerable individuals, including children

We recognize that modern slavery can occur in many forms and in various industries, including hospitality, events, construction, merchandise, and logistics.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Management

While Circuit is not legally required to produce a modern slavery statement under current legislation, we voluntarily commit to:

• Vetting key suppliers and service providers

• Prioritizing partnerships with vendors that uphold ethical labor standards

• Including modern slavery clauses in applicable contracts

• Avoiding working with organizations known to have violated human rights or labor laws

5. Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone working with or for Circuit to report concerns related to potential human rights violations, including modern slavery or trafficking.

6. Training and Awareness

Circuit promotes awareness of ethical conduct and human rights responsibilities by:
