For the first time, the global motorsport venue community will gather in one place.
Every major circuit and rights holder will be represented. The Rights Holder Exchange is designed to connect rights holders and circuits, with CIRCUIT supporting the process by coordinating and booking meetings to ensure structure, efficiency, and value for all participants.
The Exchange runs throughout the three days of the CIRCUIT Summit.
Each registered rights holder will receive a private suite for the full duration of the event, serving as both a dedicated meeting room and a personal working space. Suites remain open from the Summit’s opening to closing each day, and full hospitality support is provided. Rights holders also enjoy complete access to all conference sessions and CIRCUIT social functions, with the freedom to move in and out of the main program at their convenience.
CIRCUIT Exchange Concierge
To make scheduling fast, easy, and efficient, CIRCUIT will provide a dedicated Exchange Concierge. The Exchange concierge team will coordinate meeting requests and facilitate introductions between Rights Holder and circuits, with all meetings held in the rights holders’ suites. The Exchange concierge will ensure that valuable time is spent meeting, not managing calendars. Registered rights holders will receive full details on the booking process, introductions, and meeting facilitation in advance of the Summit.
The Exchange Concierge will assist with:
● Coordinating meeting requests between rights holder
and circuits.
● Managing daily timetables and meeting flow.
● Facilitating introductions for circuits wishing to meet new rights holder.
● Providing suite logistics support and general assistance.
