Circuit is pleased to announce Jochen Braunwarth as their latest Advisor

We are thrilled to announce that Jochen Braunwarth has joined CIRCUIT as an advisor! With a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in General Management, Jochen has made significant contributions to the field of motorsport safety. Since joining Geobrugg in 2008, he initially focused on international business development before pivoting to motorsport, where he led the creation of an innovative product line dedicated to safety solutions now utilized at racetracks across the globe.

Under Jochen’s leadership, Geobrugg became the first company to achieve FIA homologation for debris fences under the new FIA Standard 3502-2018, setting new standards for circuit safety. His vision has driven the development of comprehensive integrated solutions, positioning Geobrugg as a premier provider of spectator safety systems.

In recognition of his impactful work, Jochen and his team received the SAE John Melvin Motorsport Safety Award in 2020. Today, Geobrugg’s motorsport division is proud to supply reliable safety systems to prestigious racing series including Formula 1, NASCAR, IndyCar, and MotoGP. We are excited to have Jochen on board as we continue to enhance safety and innovation in the motorsport industry!
