Kate Artsybysheva Appointed Advisor to CIRCUIT – The Global Race Track Summit & Awards

I am delighted to announce that Kate Artsybysheva has joined the Advisory Board of CIRCUIT – The Global Race Track Summit & Awards.

At CIRCUIT, we are building a team of carefully selected experts who represent the very best in every facet of the motorsport venue ecosystem. Kate embodies that mission.

Kate Artsybysheva is a hospitality director who has spent over a decade shaping guest experiences at the world’s most high-profile sporting events — from the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and the Dakar Rally to the Olympic Games and FIFA tournaments.

Her expertise lies in designing and running VVIP, sponsor and protocol programmes that combine strategy, creativity, and operational excellence. At Saudi Motorsport, Kate oversaw the inaugural Grand Prix and four subsequent editions, leading the strategy for Premium Hospitality — the only hospitality building above the F1 track — while expanding the product portfolio through detailed financial and operational feasibility studies. Her work has encompassed large-scale operations spanning 90,000+ guests and 250,000+ meals annually. Acting as a full-service agency, her department has also secured multimillion-dollar tenders and delivered turnkey hospitality at external events, including the FIFA Club World Cup.

Her expertise bridges hospitality design, culinary storytelling and event operations, with a strong eye for aesthetics and a drive for innovation. She has built and led teams of 30+ across concurrent projects, developing scalable structures, readiness and delivery systems to ensure elite standards at scale.

Beyond operations, Kate lectures in hospitality and event management and speaks at industry conferences, contributing to the conversation about how sport and hospitality evolve together. With sustainability at the core of her projects, she has created measurable frameworks for food donation, local sourcing and cultural integration, ensuring every event blends responsibility with impact.
