Le Mans, France – In response to an unprecedented surge in global popularity and valuable fan feedback, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) has unveiled a slate of sweeping upgrades to the Circuit de la Sarthe ahead of the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The legendary endurance race, scheduled for 14–15 June 2025, will feature enhanced viewing areas, upgraded fan zones, and improved amenities—all designed to make the world’s most prestigious sports car event more immersive than ever for spectators.

New Perspectives on the Porsche Curves

One of the most significant updates comes at the iconic Porsche Curves, where fans will now be able to watch the high-speed drama unfold from a brand-new grass bank on the inside of the circuit—a first in the event's history. This elevated vantage point promises sweeping views as the cars thunder out of the fast, flowing corners, and it will accommodate thousands of spectators at the Circuit Alain Prost area without requiring an additional ticket.

Supporting the new viewing zone is a freshly constructed fan park complete with a jumbo screen, food and drink vendors, and upgraded restrooms—all easily accessible via the Karting, CIK, and Maison Blanche gates.

Maison Blanche Gets a Premium Upgrade

Meanwhile, over at Maison Blanche, another fan-favorite location to take in the Porsche Curves, the ACO has added new grandstands and a dedicated viewing screen. While this area will require a separate ticket, it promises an elevated experience for those wanting a prime seat for the action.

Tertre Rouge Reimagined

Up at the start of the circuit, the famous Tertre Rouge section is undergoing a transformation of its own. The former campsite is being converted into a massive “Chill Zone” capable of hosting more than 10,000 fans. Despite the change, previous campers are being offered alternative sites, and access to the Chill Zone won't cost ticket-holders any extra.

As with the other upgrades, this new area will feature a big screen, food and drink stalls, and modern amenities, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere for watching the cars storm through Turn 7.

A Race Ready for a New Era

The upgrades come as the race enters a golden era of endurance racing, with manufacturers like Ferrari, Toyota, Porsche, and Peugeot battling for supremacy. Ferrari, notably, will arrive at Le Mans as the defending champions for two consecutive years.

Tickets for the 2025 edition go on general sale from Wednesday, 13 November, and with demand expected to be sky-high, fans are being urged to act quickly.
